Great staff, great neighborhood. Archer's Green is located in the heart of Norfolk! Sam, Nissa, and Liz always are so welcoming and are eager to help with whatever they can! Ramondo always fixes work orders in a timely manner as well!

Just wanted to write a review as a warning to others like us before they get their hopes up: though advertised as such, this place isn't any more "pet friendly" than any other apartment complex. Turned away based on the number and size of the animals owned, like every other apartment complex out there. Extra star for friendliness of staff and ease of application process, but otherwise quite disappointed.

I did a walk-thru and looked at some of their plans. The area was well maintained and so quiet. The pool and dog park were clean. Apparently, they will take care of your plants or your cats if you're away. It's a nice community, and the staff was absolutely amazing. I would've moved in on the spot, but I'm gone a lot and only need a single bedroom. If my needs change, I will be back!

I toured Archer's Green Apts with my daughter, as she is looking. The first impression was really nice. The location is great. One entrance brings you in through a residential neighborhood and the apartments are tucked away into the neighborhood and blends in really well, but at the other end it is located close to Granby St, which makes it convenient to I-64. Some of the Apts have been nicely renovated. The young lady that conducted the tour was very helpful, and professional. She was very knowledgeable about the complex. I will also mention that these apartments are managed by Signature Management. They are the company that manages the apartments I currently live in. So if you move here, I can vouch that you will have great Management staff.
