Good people here doing good work

They take to long to work my case but demands certain information be uploaded or sent in by a certain date. You send the information in way before the date and they still take their time it's beyond me. I haven't received my pebt yet for June. The governor is no good and whoever runs HHSC is doing a very poor job. People have families and children to feed. Food is very high and yet they take precious time. Get it together HHSC and the Governor of Texas!

I've been calling and calling the 211# and interview # all of the yesterday for 4 hours and got clicked on and had tried again today but it said the system was down . So I went down to the office because I thought they could do the interview there since they use to before. I waited over an hour in line , just so when I got to the window . They looked over and looked over my case . Asked me the same questions repeatedly and then just to tell me to call the number I had already been calling . I told them I had came down here because the number wasn't working and I needed the interview and to know what else was missing from my case/status . The lady in the window had a sign that said in training , so when she went to go get somebody in charge or who supposedly knew what they were doing ,all the other lady did was keep telling me it to call the interview number without even letting me finish my sentences . And if the number wasn't working it wasn't their problem . Going here is just a complete waste of time.

I have been holding to speak to someone for over 3 hours now. Does anyone actually answer the phone at the 2020 Masters Rd office?

Very good people and place
You can go in person they only let 10 ppl in at a time
Yourtexasbenefits.com is easiest way to fill out an application. You can upload all your documents and everything from your phone
In my opinion on line
It can be.depends time of day you go the longest I've waited was an a hr
If you had phone interview you can go into a local office and get a replacement. If your card is lost or stolen, or if you forgot your PIN (password), call us as soon as you can at 1-800-777-7328 (toll-free). Local offices are limited on the amount of cards they have on hand.
The office you need to visit is the Texas Workforce Solutions office. There should be local offices in the city or county that you live in. Call 211 Texas to get the address of the local office OR use Google to map out the location. I hope this helps, Good Luck.
