Alan Jacome
They made an appointment to attend to me, when the office was closed, the person simply said that he left the emergency, he never received a message to warn me, They did not respect my time as a client, showing a lack of seriousness and professionalism. Bad experience with this office.

All ITINs issued before 2013 that have not been used on a federal tax return at least once in the last three consecutive years will expire on December 31, 2018 ITINs with digits in the middle such as 70, 71, 72, 73, 74, 75, 76, 77, 80, 81 or 82 (For example: 9NN-70-NNNN) must be renewed if the taxpayer is going to file an income tax return in 2019.
To renew the ITIN you need to send your valid passport, and the W7 form to the IRS. Your passport will be returned in 6 to 11 weeks. Latin Tax Services offers the service of Certified Acceptance Agent or Certified Processing Agent that allows us to certify your passport and send the form to the IRS without you sending your passport. Taxpayers who file their tax return with an ITIN include undocumented immigrants and their dependents, as well as some people who are legally in the U.S., such as certain survivors of domestic violence, student visa holders, and certain spouses and children of people with employment visas. As of August 2012, the IRS had allocated 21 million ITINs to taxpayers and their dependents. Call us we are Certified Acceptance Agents and you will not have to send your passport for 6 to 11 weeks to the IRS. (718) 476-1040
An ITIN (Individual Taxpayer Identification) is a tax number issued by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). An ITIN consists of nine digits, starting with the number 9 (i.e. 9XX-XX-XXXX). The IRS grants ITINs to taxpayers and their dependents who are not eligible to obtain a Social Security number (SSN) so that they can comply with tax laws. An ITIN does not authorize a person to work in the US or provide Social Security benefits. An ITIN does not give a change in immigration status.
