Horrible place to stay, apartments are old and need serious renovations. The property is not maintained well, with missing or broken railings(very dangerous) trash all over the place ect. Makes the neighborhood look terrible. Maintenance comes when they feel like it or after you call complaining multiple times.

I'm a former tenant and got an apartment that i didn't want because they said it was the only one open.....2 days later moved somebody in the apartment tat i asked about.... my heater wouldn't stay lit.... paint chips(lead paint) in the tub for knob was trash.... when I mentioned these things.... only one thing got repaired but messed up again..... I'd never advise anybody to move inthese apartments.....

I am currently a Resident of this apartment complex and have been a resident for 22 Months now, my lease is up in March 2016. When I first moved into the apartment I did it because it was inexpensive and would help me save up. The apartment was less than expected when I moved in but still I did because again affordability was one of my main concerns. The first weekend someone was shot an killed on my street causing myself not to be able to go to work due to the pd dept blocking off the block. My apt plumbing is horrible and the bug infestation causes a clean resident to call almost weekly for spraying because they do not spay the whole apt at once. Even through all these problems I still stayed and received a $20 rent increase for my next year. At the end of my 1st year lease I requested to change apartments and was denied, I never had one late payment the whole year. Leasing agents has always been nasty and short in reference to my conversations with her. She has an air about her as if everyone who lives in the area is uneducated and hood. They treat they're good tenants like trash. When maybe she should think some people actually live in the hell whole to get there life together and not create further debt. I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE unless you are willing to go through hell with them and be a horrible person to everyone in the office. I would put a negative one star if I could.
