My wife and I are very pleased with our unit. At first we weren’t exactly sure what to expect since our tour was entirely virtual, but Stephanie did a great job finding the perfect unit for us and really delivered above our expectations. The staff is very friendly and the grounds are maintained to a quality standard.

I am naturally a very inquisitive and like to know exactly what I am getting into when I move to a new place. That being said, Tom was has been extremely helpful in the entire leasing process! He was great in the tour that he gave me, and was extremely knowledgeable about the entire establishment, and their leasing process. When I had more questions the next day, and stopped by the leasing office to get some help, he came out to help me again, and even offered an impromptu tour to re-address my concerns. Along with all of this, he sat with me and helped answer questions as I completed the application, and kept up communication with me afterwards. I moved with a very short deadline and he helped make it happen, and helped me maintain confidence in the process the entire way.

My husband went to tour the community and love what he saw. Andrea was very helpful and knowledgeable! He told me about the the community and how Andrea show him the apartment. He then set up another tour in which I could attend with. Andrea remembered who he was and upon meeting her I felt welcomed by her. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable and made us feel at home. She were also very helpful during the application process! Thank you Andrea it was such a pleasure meeting you!

Classic story of new management taking over. Charging guests $100 to use the pool during the summer, access to amenities decreased, routine outside maintenance falling off. Renters beware.

I was there for a year, and the parking lot never flooded. There was even a tropical storm that was supposed to be a hurricane, and the parking lot did not flood.
Unfortunately no. You don't have to open water in your name, though. They sent you an itemized bill with your rent bill to cover water, sewage, and trash. But they're super efficient apartments so the energy bill is pretty low
There are only 2 bedroom, 2 baths and they currently start at $1539/month!
