Didn’t receive what I ordered. He lied and said it was on back order so they gave me an upgrade. Definitely a cheaper made product. Said it was a 750 watt and clearly lied. I pulled the speaker out of the box to confirm he lied. Did not receive an itemized receipt. Just a blank paper with the total cost. Avoid this place. Total rip off.

The avenues location owes Quality Auto Stereo over $16,000 for inventory ,hes received demand letters from our attorneys and his location has nothing to do with the other 4 locations in Jacksonville Florida He has used the rollin sound name for over 20 years not paying anything to the 1 owner of rollin sound of Jacksonville and started the first car audio shop to open in Jacksonville fl in 1959 he is operating this business under a trademarked name an is currently being sued for his actions this is a public announcement that everyone in the industry should know but more so the consumers that have relied on the rollin sound name to insure that their receiving professional services at there locations around town

This place is great! Fair prices, good work, made the process simple. For me what was great was there are so many options out there but they simplified it for me so I could get what I needed for the kinds of music I enjoy best. I put off doing it for a while but once I decided and made the appointment, it was all easy and smooth. And they re-did the tint on my front windows which was great too!
