Literally the worst customer service I have experienced and some of most disrespectful phone reps I have ever encountered. I understand the purpose of the OSDC and that everyone's choices have consequences, but some of the processes in place for OSDC are an absolute scam.

I have been dealing with them for years helping my clients pay their court fines that have been referred to this office and not once have I had a bad experience, they have always been very friendly, kind and helpful. I also think that people are treated the way they treat.
