Trying to get information on caretaker assistance for my parents who are in poor health whom I take are of. The woman I spoke to at approx 12:47p on 10-4-22 was very short with me, abrupt, didn't allow me to ask her to repeat herself, and didn't get any information from me and dropped me into a transfer while I was still attempting to get help. Her tone was very rude, and people don't deserve to be treated that way. Now I have to try and call back and to be honest I'm gonna try another day because I don't fit well with a person of that caliber.

Every year....worst experience ever. Causes a lot of stress. Instead of helping counseling centers for Mental Health when its time to renew our license , they instead insist on reinforcing rules , regulations and more bologna that it is either obvious by federal laws or worse.... Regulations that this same people do not even understand. When we ask to explain they just e mail a link with the regulation / rule # and say " read it". State employees at its worst. Horrendous . They each say something different about the same topic. The lack of knowledge and humanity is insane here. Department of human service with a lack of humanity. Wow. Just Wow.

Im here now and I hate that the DWS doesn't know anything. In Sacramento if you call the DHS you have to wait for an hour on the phone but once someone doesn't answer it's a social worker and they know everything if they don't they turn to a colleague and ask so you get answers here nobody knows anything they're just data entry basically they know nothing and there is no one in the department that knows anything about the services they offer what's available anything. So you left to your own devices trying to find whatever it is you're looking for.

No it is not. That building is just administration. You need to go to Department of Workforce Services. They have several locations throughout the valley.
