Called about a situation concerning my daughter and gave info and was told that was within a gray area. Frustrating when told most things ate ran through a supervisor to see if it even worth pursuing. Child has to be beaten up or in a hospital with stitches before someone steps in. My goodness then wonder why mental health in the world is plummeting. Not to mention was hung up on because he was un interested. Great job guys.

I was basically told that because they kept getting calls from us that they closed the case because it just seems like we're targeting the other family. Not that they could have a real situation and abuse keeps happening, no I am simply the aggressor for calling each time something happens.

Agency full of liars. Andrea Batista is the worse case worker in the place. Doesn’t do her job and lies in court to save her own butt. My case has been drug out for months because she doesn’t do what she is court ordered to do. Then blames others in court. It’s a joke. They are supposed to help families but all I have gotten from them is living hell. These people are completely useless. Would give negative a million stars. Highly do NOT recommend coming to them for help.
