Front desk was unprofessional and NOT polite instantly as I approached the front desk I felt some tension the way both of them looking at me and their body language like I was being racially profiled. I had no greetings and they look like they did not want to be bothered. The guy had so much energy though to tell me my information on my card does not match my ID n quickly gave it back to me, all the information is there even a baby could see that my information is correct. I would not recommend this hotel

Trashyist hotel I've ever stayed in. Beer cans all over the parking lot and underneath our bed in our "clean" room. Gym equipment was run down, dirty towels and mats everywhere. Parking lot is far from the entrance and parts of it are so small makes backing out of a spot difucult. Signs everywhere saying NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK ON HOTEL PROPERTY! Hahahaha, yeah right...But we have a mini fridge that freezes everything. Room was dusty, crusty, and greasy. Lamp stopped working and would not shut off. Had to unscrew the dusty light bulbs to shut it off. Needed help at the desk and said hello twice before the guy put his phone down to help me. The room ceiling was peeling and chipped and some room appliances were not working.

Positive: We had a wonderful time at this hotel. Everything was clean, especially the pool. The grounds are expansive and lovely, as is the lobby. Breakfast, which costs $20 dollars, was plentiful with excellent service. We were allowed to check in early.

I had a good experience here! The room was clean, beds were comfy, location is convenient, and the staff was nice. We stayed for two nights though and there was no housekeeping, which was kind of a bummer, but other than that everything was great! Checking in and out was smooth and easy. I would definitely stay again if I needed to come back to the area.
