I wish I could give them ZERO Stars . Extremely bad management and mean people sitting on that side , who can straight say no on your face for the apartment , a day before moving in .. We applied online for a home (looked good , less rent as compared to others in area), after physically looking at all the available units (10 - 15 units) in their community.. our application was pre-approved , and a day before moving in , we went to their leasing office to sign the lease. So just before signing the lease , they said the apartment we had applied for and approved , is no more available , the reason being they quoted a wrong rent for it on their website.. So there was a mistake from their side , which we had to pay for, because at that time we had just moved to the country , and were living in a hotel , we stopped looking for another property because we thought this was it .. They said if you want that apartment, you have to pay some +200$ rent .. Even after all our requests and persuasion , we did not get the apartment for the price we applied for and for which we were approved. 😞 They are short of staff , bad management , mean individuals .. There was no call , or email from their side regarding moving in, neither were they returning our calls , from the start, basically bad management.. Because of these guys , we had to stay in a hotel for another 10 days until we found a home. They had no regrets whatsoever of what they did.. Nobody should face such harassment ever.. Please don’t waste your time and money here .. They are not worth it .. They made me realize that day , Truly the world is no more a wonderful place to live in .. 😞

Lived here for a year. Do not move out unless you're ready to accrue ridiculous charges. When we moved out, we were charged $750 for countertop resurfacing and a stove replacement. These were apparently damaged beyond wear and tear. Here are the pictures they took.

is anyone in your offices? i have called and no one answers. i scheduled for a tour tomorrow afternoon, and i received a confirmation that it is a virtual tour. the website says virtual tour and schedule a tour. we wanted to go in person tomorrow.

Just make sure they have hours and show up there. My son just moved in yesterday and had same problem all week. We jist drove the hr there and he went in to talk to them. Good luck the development and units are beautiful

Does anyone know what the based rent & these continues Util-rebill fee each month means in Hunters Glen Apartment? Obviously I have been writing the assistant management team and no clear cut answer. I’m soo frustrated. Thanks.
