Does anyone know what the based rent & these continues Util-rebill fee each month means in Hunters Glen Apartment? Obviously I have been writing the assistant management team and no clear cut answer. I’m soo frustrated. Thanks.

The base rent are 1300+ and are linked to demand. More the demand higher the rate. Util-rebill is the utility bill only. They have just change the name. I assume it might be system limitation. As per my knowledge they are calculated depending on the area of flat. Please note these details as per my knowledge. But I might be wrong.
