What a complete scam. Endorsed by fedex, and after speaking with fedex they completely recommended them. After paying all the fees, not only do I still need to obtain a photo at a fedex site, but they aren't even an Authorized Agent. I still had to make an appointment at a post office. What a rip off! Do not waste your money!

The worst passport expediting service I have ever used. They do nothing, wont answer or help you if you have problems. We spent over $1000 dollars and got absolutely nothing. I am writing BBB and state attorneys office. I have used other companies in the past that really helped and will go back to them.

I need my passport for the first week of September, I order my passport renewal at the beginning of July and I still have not received anything. I paid the fee for the 4-6 weeks time and have not received anything yet. Highly disappointed.
