Eric was a complete lifesaver! After discovering a passport error (which occurred through no fault of our own), we were certain it would prevent us from going on our honeymoon. After calling the passport agency in Philadelphia and being unable to get an urgent appointment to correct the error, I began calling fast passport businesses. Eric was the only one to call me back and he was kind, knowledgeable, and if he wasn’t sure of the answer, he called another colleague to double check and called us back! He greatly reduced our stress going into our trip. I truly do not know what we would have done if Eric hadn’t been there to answer our questions and help us with the best path forward. We didn’t even need to go into the office, he was able to offer us guidance over the phone and at no charge. If you need passport assistance, call them. Trust me!
