They’re not even deserve one star. I was first in line and ready to check out. I asked the cashier if they have a bigger size on one of my items. “He said YES there is one in the back. He suggested I f I could let the guest behind me go first then he will grab it for me. I was fine”. I went next door and come right back. The manager was dumped. He told the cashier to tell me they don’t have it and I have to order online. When I was in line, I saw he grabbed some clothes for other guests from the back. Probably cause I have Asian look, he explained that it was hard to get it from the back. The cashier seemed hesitated. He keep saying sorry to me. Hope their leaders can see this!

No fitting rooms......ridiculous

The worst Zara ever! Fitting room is still closed. New selection is trash. They have the smallest amount of new clothes, store is junky and stuff is everywhere. Staff is no help does not know when fitting room will be back open due to staff not wanting to work there. I live by Annapolis and have to drive all the way to Tysons corner to a clean organize store with the fitting rooms are open.
