UPDATE: Annapolis Painting came back and made this right, they went through and removed all the old caulk (and whatever the last guys put on there) and applied new caulk to every window/door and piece of trim on the exterior of my house. Having done that I will up my review from 1 to 3 stars. I paid Annapolis Painting Services to redo the caulk on the exterior of my house (EXTERIOR CAULK: Hand clean surfaces work is to be completed on to remove dirt & debris. Remove loose deteriorated caulk. Replace and caulk over existing good caulk with 30 year paintable silicone caulk. All Windows & Doors.) in preparation for potentially having them paint it. I had used them on a rental property back in 2014 that I was happy with their work then so I figured why not use them again. They came out did the work and charged me for it. A couple months later we had heavy rain and water came through one of the top floor windows (one of the ones they supposedly caulked). I put a ladder up to see what the deal was and I saw that they didn't caulk that window or the trim below it. The caulk that was there appeared to be from when the house was originally built 15+ years ago. Lord only knows what they were doing when they were here but it certainly wasn't want I paid them to do. They are coming back out to fix it and I will update this review after the fact.

We used them to repaint our kitchen walls and cabinets. They weren't the cheapest estimate (but not the most expensive either) we got but they were the contractor that inspired the most confidence. They explained step by step of the job. The painter showed up every morning promptly at 8 am and worked nonstop except for a short lunch break. Very conscientious about taping and covering everything up. Our 43 year old cabinets now look fantastic as do the kitchen walls. A+ job! Highest possible recommendation!

The estimator, Will, followed the job until the end ensuring every detail was attended to. Great job removing 32 year old wallpaper, wall preparation and painting. Very competitive pricing. Highly recommend and will definitely use in the future.

After getting several estimates and reading about the different companies, we chose Annapolis Painting. They were also recommended by a neighbor. We are very happy with the job that did. Santos, the lead painter, and his team of 3 were very good painters. They painted our entire house including ceiling, walls, trim, and doors. They did all this work in 5 days which was amazing!! When we asked questions, they were very helpful. Our furniture was moved to the center of the room and covered as the room was painted. My only "complaint" is my window shades were not handled gently. Our job was a lot of work, so they came at 8 am and worked until 5 pm. I am very happy we chose this company! Definitely recommend.
