Ridiculous! As others have pointed out here, it is impossible to reach anyone at this number. I've followed all the prompts and keep getting hung up on.
Now I have to waste gas driving to your location just to get a simple answer I could have received over the phone.

I have been calling since 8am this morning to ask a question about a requested doc, and I have pressed all of the prompts that I needed to press to get to a live person. After finally getting to the hold music (which plays for about 2 min), it hangs up. I literally just went through this 4 times just now. This is absolutely ridiculous. WHY CAN'T I REACH ANYONE AT THIS PLACE?????

The wait is ridiculous! It’s only like 4 customers here, multiple workers and they have you wait. I’ve been sitting over an hour waiting for an eBt card. So frustrating

Ask for a grievance form and her name, report one to the person higher than the supervisor and to the welfare rights office. If u really want to draw send a letter of discontent to harrisburg

Can I walk into the office to get a replacement card that was lost if I ordered one over the phone but it never arrived? I was told by the Change Center I can if I waited past 10 days and it never came in the mail. I just want to be sure.
