I just witnessed the worst customer service today, a employee refused to grant a customer the sale price on an item, and then ripped the tag right off the item and refused to sell it to her. but that’s not all, 3 young girls decide they wanted to get involved and one of the girls stated that they had the right to argue with the customer on the behalf of Burlington employee because she was “white” yes!!! I’ve never in my life witnessed a young white girl saying something like that, it made me sick to my stomach that people think they have more rights than anyone because of there skin color, and as for the employee, she was definitely wrong for refusing to sell the product for the ticketed price.
