Hello, I lived here for a year and recently just moved out and was sent an email about my deposit. I have not received it and it has been past the amount of days they stated. I also have called multiple times and can show proof on my phone log and also have emailed multiple times. Every time I call they “leave a message” and state I will get a call back. And I never receive a call. This is ridiculous and I would never recommend anyone living here. While living there I asked for my front door to be fixed because it was a safety violation and it was never fixed. And I was never contacted back either when I lived there.

I have been looking to move into the area for months when I came across their pictures of the property I had to check it out. After calling multiple different numbers I was never able to get in contact and the call always said number disconnected. I emailed multiple times and Facebook messaged them in hopes of learning availability and tour dates. Never was contacted. I drove 45 minutes after I got off work to make it to the property before it closed, explained my efforts to contact them and was told by the young woman at the desk that "oh yeah we don't have a working phone number". I asked if that would be a problem as a resident to get in contact with management and was given no answer. The leasing agent gave me her card and shooed me away after I explained I had driven a good while to just come to ask a few questions. I asked if she even could check pricing, being that there was time before closing I was hoping to at least get some pricing, she said no I can't do that since we are about to close. At this time it was 20 minutes before closing and I was told by the woman they were closing in 2 minutes..... what establishment closes early with customers still inside? Then I proceeded back to my car and the leasing woman followed me out to go home. This was overall unprofessional and unkind. I will certainly be removing this location from my list of options. I’d be happy to share the name of the leasing agent if Colony Village would like to know.

I have been here 5yrs. Things were great the first 2-3years I was here. Then things started going down hill as people in the leasing office changed and they lost a few good maintenance guys. However, recently things have started to get better. The new maintenance supervisor is doing wonders with helping to get work orders complete. Also, the people in the leasing office are wonderful. They help the best way they can.

Before leaving for deployment I received two storage units. I paid my storage fees online. Somehow or another due to the system one storage unit was getting over paid and the second wasn’t receiving the money. This left me with a credit on one and a balance on another . When I was getting prepared to come home I continuously emailed colony village regarding my error . Still there was no fix. By the time I came home the credit on one of my units was well over $600 yet the balance was still on the other . I visited in person go see if we could again get this fixed . The solution agreed upon was for them to manually adjust the accounts and mail me the difference to my forwarding address. However I received an email notice the beginning of January that if the balance wasn’t paid by the end of the month it would be sent to debt collections . This will impact my credit. What happened to adjusting the accounts as they stated. Presently I have not received the refund from the storage unit with the credit and have received no email from them although I have emailed them each notice they sent my way. I called many times but the line is always busy. I would not suggest living here nor utilizing their storage either .

Contact the tow company have the car towed
There is a weight limit though along with restrictions on what are considered "vicious" breeds. It's always worth paying them a visit to get the most accurate information though.
