First, I am truly grateful to find this facility for my stay in the Richmond area. My job brings me here twice a week, and after a long day, there is nothing better than a hotel that understands your needs. Check-in is efficient and super easy. The staff is great! Rooms immaculate. And let us not forget the hot breakfast. Overall, this is an outstanding place to stay. 5 Stars.

They had a suite with one side with two king size beds and a full bathroom and the connecting room was more of a living room with a pull out couch and a full bathroom. The price was very fair especially on Easter weekend. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast had eggs, two kinds of sausages, pancakes, oatmeal, bagels, cinnamon buns, cereal, yogurt, oranges,bananas, and I don't know what else, there were lots of choices. This was a very nice place to stay, we needed to be at the Richmond airport and the location was just fine. Great place to stay!

This is the second time my family has stayed here and both times have been pleasant. I have my husband and two teenage boys so I have to book the suite so my boys have separate beds. My husband and I share a king, one son has a king and the other boy has a queen pull-out. Each room has its own bathroom and there is a door to shut in between the rooms (2nd floor). Last time we had the suite on the third floor and it only has one bathroom to share and no middle door. The front desk staff are friendly, breakfast has got an array of everything, lots of tables, clean facility. Easy access to hotel from interstate and amenities. We'll stay again.

Positive: Location was great. Room was clean. Staff were helpful. Great Breakfast. Although I will note items in the "CON" section our overall experience was good. Negative: Initial room given not ready, gave us another room. Bathroom clean but in some disrepair (Visible patch in ceiling, Shower pipe wall cover down at shower head, curtain rod not secured properly, door damage repair poorly done.) Shooting in hotel 1st nig
