I'm in VA, but I am from New Orleans and when I miss home and don't want to cook food from home I can count on Popeyes for that down home Cajun cuisine. I have to say the last time I was there the employee Big Baby was so friendly, courteous and helpful. I know he is from VA, but he reminded me of the wonderful people back home. He really provided that Southern hospitality that I am used to.

Waited over an hour for my order placed through the website for pickup. About 15-20 min after my arrival at the store someone finally came to work the register. At about 25 min she finally asked me what my "door dash order" was. It took an HOUR PLUS to pick a six piece tenders with an apple pie?????

We got home there was no fries and we ask for the breast meat but received thighs. Atmosphere was very nice because customers was talking and laughing with each other.

I love this fried chicken 🍗 The green beans, coleslaw, cajun rice and Cajun fries, the corn of the cob, the rice and beans, and the biscuits everything is delicious, I couldn't find the pecan pie today but is my favorite dessert! Only complaint is that the staff is not always welcoming or friendly, I worked for Popeyes like 6 years ago and I was always friendly, so there's not excuse to give good customer service...
