Who doesn't love Kohl's?? Sales associates are awesome because they always give you extra discounts at the register. Kohl's knows how take care of people.

The person working customer service would not process an online return unless I had the packing slip. I had about 10 emails showing that I made the purchase, but she said without a “paper receipt,” she’d have to give me less money back. I took it to the Brandermill location and they took care of my return without any issues. I don’t like shopping at kohls because it always seems like they’re trying to run a scam.

This is not my favorite store/ company to shop at.There bedding and bath departments are really nice a little too high in price though. One thing for sure most of the associates are pretty nice. It's nice to see them doing a remodel. Hopefully it will be easier to shop the store after they are done
