Coming up on a year here. Joey was super helpful during the move-in process. Everyone in the leasing office is kind and knowledgeable, and maintenance handles any concerns quickly. I actually appreciate the communication the staff has with tenants. Also, the company makes effort for the building to be kept clean as there are cleaners on a schedule I've noticed. The only complaint I guess would be in the layout of the apartment when it comes to noise, the courtyards when there are events or late night parties. Some people are inconsiderate but at no fault of the complex. I'd honestly recommend this place to others.

Excellent customer service ! Joey was a pleasure to work with .. he didn’t give up on me and went above and beyond to suite my needs . The Element at Stonebridge was the best place I lived at in Richmond Virginia. Was in RVA for about 5 years and spent more than 3 at the Element.
