Was just ran on Highway 288 by a white Kia Soul vehicle with a license plate ULF-3058 that took exit 360 EAST Hull St spoke with 911 dispatch that transferred me to VIRGINIA STATE Trooper that ask nothing about if I was safe or injured & nothing about could I see who was driving the vehicle. This is why cars speed in “constantly” in access of 25-40 mph over the speed without recourse. As a matter of fact, I’ve not ever seen a state trooper presence on any VIRGINIA Highway. I guess it was a Virginia State Trooper that just ran me off the highway onto the shoulder. This constant speeding is completely out of control on the Highways & Streets of central Virginia 😩

People can be a roll of the dice but I've only ever seen tremendous heart and discernment from Troopers. That's all I know. I'm not gonna fluff it up though. From General Assembly to Capitol to veteran's open house to roadway to protests, troopers have been gentlemen warriors and shown watchful care. When there is intent, those officers anywhere must be removed. Accidents or mistakes are an issue of putting em back through school. Deception or disregard makes an officer unworthy to be a Virginia State Trooper. Every city and county needs an authentic citizen review board of local police logging all incidents of breach of conduct. Adjusting the use of qualified immunity may correct other issues with public trust of law enforcement. I was in a sudden clinch and Trooper had to choose. A false warning was shouted and I could have lost my life over it. The Trooper stared long and hard into the dark and said, We were having a pleasant conversation and then sudden spotlighting and dire warning. You're carrying nothing. Many shared that's how people get killed. A false report with different motives or mistake and it's too late if an officer has poor character or poor judgement. Motives reveal much. I've never had a concern when in the company of VSP. Where do people look for the safety? I always tell kids and adults, go with someone if wished, but go nevertheless when high crimes leave little stall time. Most won't believe that they are in good hands and some handle things themselves, badly. When belief fails and trust fails, most won't reach out again. It costs lives. Test the water. Then choose.

Officer J. Worley was rude and aggressive during a traffic stop. But I get it - I'd probably have a Napoleon complex too if I were a 5-foot-tall grown man. The Brunswick County Judge who tried my case performatively mispronounced my name, telling Worley, "you're making my job hard today". My name isn't difficult to pronounce unless you're a good ol' white boy from Virginia looking to intimidate marginalized people. Seems that none of you are capable to do your jobs without bias.

Personally got in my car and drove to Richmond from Hampton to submit my request for a criminal background record for future employment purposes. Also, I provided the department with a next day air stamp and envelope in hopes of receiving my records sooner. However, I received the record 14 days later through the mail in a regular stamped envelope. They stole my next day air stamp and envelope which cost me $26.00. When I called to notify them and ask about my next day air stamp, I couldn’t get a human on the phone. How wrong is that. Virginia State Police you need to do better. You basically stole from me. All I can say is wow.
