We purchased a 16 piece chicken tender family meal which included 3 large sides and 8 biscuits. Total cost $50.66. My husband asked for sauces. He was told he could only get 5 sauces and that each additional sauce cost 💲 1 per sauce. I understand inflation is affecting everyone but this is absolutely ridiculous. The customer service at the hull street location is horrible. Popeyes need to learn from other establishments like Chick-fil-A. Chick-fil-A will forever and always get my money moving forward. Chick-fil-A will never charge the customer for sauce and you get a bonus with their excellent customer service to end with a “My Pleasure”! Popeyes you need to do better and take notes on customer service skills and training from Chick-fil-A.

This Popeyes is the slowest restaurant in the universe. Every time I’m sitting in the drive thru I wonder why I put myself through this for a piece of chicken. Absolutely horrible. I wish everyone inside would be simultaneously fired so I wouldn’t be bothered coming here any longer.

Every since COVID hit, this location has been drive through only. Lately it is due to staffing issues. But the service is horrible. Every time you come here expect to be missing an item. Most likely a side of you ordered a platter (which comes with 2 sides) or if you have multiple ordered, expect to be missing a whole meal. And then you would be made to wait back in the drive through for your missing items while the rest of your stuff goes cold. And after waiting in line for a second time, there’s no offer of redoing the order or anything for the inconvenience. Since I’ve been back from Japan, I’ve been to this location about 15 times and 11 of those times there’s been an issue. Sadly, this is the last time I will come to this location.

Don't know what happened on my last several orders but it seems the quality has gone down. On my last order, the chicken looked refried and some pieces were darker than usual. Hope this isn't a turn for the worse.
