Booked hotel while traveling and we were pleased with the hotel location and condition of the hotel. Check in was easy and the gentleman working the front desk was fantastic. He also provided us with local business recommendation for us to go have dinner on a Friday evening. Great recommendation! Our room was very clean and the temperature was nice and cool. Hotel was quiet and we had a peaceful evening. We departed early and were were able to drop our keys at the reception desk. Received my receipt via email in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

3 Stars The night manager was very helpful and kind. Thank you for getting us checked in quickly. The rooms are clean and well lit. Plenty of towels and toiletries to wash off the 6 hour road stink. The beds were so good it turned my teenager into a diva. A.C. worked great; crisp and cool 68 degrees all night. Doors lock correctly and the surrounding area seems pretty safe. Over all, it was a nice place to stop for the night. 1 Star Too bad not everything looks better in the morning in Vicksburg, The morning staff were rude and can’t make a proper cafe mocha. If they talk, they talk to each other or just stare. Not a single good morning or how was your stay. Sorry for your bad luck and hating your job, but at least crack a smile. It was after 5:30 and all the lights in the bistro were off, the two “baristas” were talking in the kitchen, out of sight. The hotel front desk had to have them come out and “address” me. They didn’t talk to me, to each other only and acted like it was an inconvenience to them to make my coffee which was horrible. I’ll stay again for the sleep and the night crew. The ladies in the kitchen and the front desk need some help in hotel etiquette and manners.

The room was clean, and they gave no issue with having a service animal. The one bedroom King Suite with an adjoining living area is worthy of the room price. The housekeeping staff was spectacular and met my requests. Thank you!

A Real real hotel. Not like fad boutique hotels. Solid place. Spacious and clean. Great bedding. Great people. Nice bistro. Had wine last night and Starbucks with a bagel this morning. AND a bathtub. I’m seeing less and less tubs in newer and I’d say more cheaply built hotels.
