This location has excellent front desk service. Very welcoming and friendly. Our check in was easy, our kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was good. Unfortunately our room was a bit gross. The carpet was very dirty - stains and food particles were stuck to the carpet, and there was smelly food left in the fridge. We only needed to stay one night and it was late when we realized there was food left in the fridge, so we didn’t complain or ask to be moved. We just went to bed and made extra sure that our kids avoided stepping on the carpet barefoot. The hotel overall was decent but it really needs an update badly. I’ve included a picture of the chairs in the dining room. Honestly, we would stay here again because the service and location is great for what we need when passing through, we’ll just speak up about the lack of cleanliness of the room next time. Hopefully it won’t be an issue.

Standard 2-queen room; not as "updated" as some Hampton Inn;s, but it was clean and comfortable. The lobby is BEAUTIFUL! The front desk staff were friendly and helpful - and even called to check on us at one point. The location is just across from the Vicksburg National Park, not far from the interstate, and 2 miles from historic downtown Vicksburg. *Very convenient!*

Staff was very polite and accommodating but the property could use a little TLC or a slight update. You can tell things are starting to age and was slightly disappointed for the price they charge. Pool and hot tub was nice and well maintained kids really enjoyed it. Breakfast was better than a standard continental but I have had better. Overall good experience and great location for the park, just wish things were more updated.

Nice hotel with a big lobby, good outdoor spaces, and friendly staff. The hotel is older, but much better maintained than most I've encountered. Wifi was fast and I had no connection problems. Overall wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
