Seemed nice enough at first, the AC system for the entire building is overworked but still works decently. The walls have poor soundproofing and you can hear others conversations. But truly the reason I give this place one star is because for 4 nights in a row I asked the front desk to tell the maid to change my bed linens and every time I came back from work the bed was unmade and sheets unchanged. In addition to the awful housekeeping they also recently shut down the pool.

This is a good hotel for a quick stay but beware of their mattresses and pillows!! It is like sleeping on bricks! My back hurts, and I have a crick in my neck. I’m writing this at 4:30AM because no one can sleep. We even asked for extra pillows and it didn’t help at all. Not trying to not pick just letting you know to being your own pillow, preferably a mypillow.😉🇺🇸

Have stayed here twice now. This time was on 5/28/2022. Both times staff has been super nice! Kayla went above and beyond to help my family as well as other guest. She was quick and professional in getting everyone settled to the rooms. The night staff, I'm sorry I didn't catch names but they too deserve recognition. We had a minor issue and they were responsive and quick to help! We asked for extra towels and pillows and they were happy to help! The morning staff, again was super friendly and helpful! Every person on this staff deserves five stars. We will stay here again. The location was easy to find! Wifi worked well! Breakfast was great! Pool was clean, and ready for swimmers!!! Rooms were clean and beds were made and comfy!!

We have been coming to this hotel for years and I have to say we will not be coming back after our last few stays. During this trip, the bathroom was disgusting. The drain plug had been removed and the drain as well as the tub was full of hair. The shower head was covered in soap.The toilet had hair on the seat and back as well as mold and feces down in the bowl. The floor was sticky as if something had been spilled and the sink had hair in it. The A/C unit had what appeared to be potting soil in the vents. The attitudes of the evening staff is horrible. The morning staff was great, nice and friendly! Definitely not worth the prices charged!
