The hotel itself was nice. Every member of staff that we encountered was nice. The rooms weren't the nicest that I've ever been in, but they weren't bad either. Really the only reason I gave four stars instead of five was because of the bed mattress. As someone who has lower back and hip issues the mattress was very uncomfortable. If I had one suggestion to make the place better it would be to invest in some better mattresses.

Clean, quiet place to stay. Hotel guest recommended this hotel as we drove up and asked for availability and we were not disappointed. Hotel staff very friendly and checked us in with speed. Only disappointment, no hot tub in pool area and pool was cold, was looking forward to relaxing there but needed to relax in room instead. Room was up-to-date and the best walk-in shower!

Good hotel for affordable price. Not the best though. No daily room service and no extra towel available. Requested room service and they forgot to do it. Good option for breakfast and friendly servers. Also good location for ERDC people. Close location with minimum commute. Good food options near by as well.

The room had an awful smell, the TV was broken , it was showing green and pink/ red, and the carpet had stains. The chair that was in the room had a huge stain in the center of the it.The pool area had some kind of tile down I guess and all of it was coming up. It was awful. The outside needs up keep maybe some pressure washing. This by far is the worst IHIG property I have ever stayed in. I think the staff did the best they could with cleaning. The things i seen was simply lack of up keep from the owner. The smell in my opinion was from the dirty old carpet. I mean it’s only so much housekeeping can do. In addition, the beds was the worst maybe some new mattresses. My son plays travel baseball so we usually stay at Holiday Inn because it never disappoints.
