This NAPA is the worst one in town. Never nothing on the shelves. Help is useless, always issues. time for us to put our acct. to the Chester store. Used to be a good store about a year ago.

Waited for service, poor customer service, no one looks up. Three employees at counter hardly acknowledge me, a waiting customer. Continued to wait, employee comments on lizard at window, cannot wait on customer ready to check out. I left - No Purchase- not worth it. Not the first time I "aged" while waiting to be helped at this location.

Subliminal Frequency

The manager of this location was a miserable human being who obviously hates his job . He made my dad & I feel unwelcome and as if we were bothering him when we came in for asking him for any assistance and attempted to make us go to another location for a service he was more than able to perform, as a regular NAPA customer I know this. The other employees were Awesome and willing to help. I will most certainly will be taking my business elsewhere going forward until that manager is Gone.
