Very disappointing. I've ordered here many times. Had a few misteps with missing items, etc., but I can overlook a problem now and then. But my most recent order was supposed to be a "Cheese-Crusted Quesadilla." What I received was slimy, limp and inedible. I literally couldn't pick up or hold any of the pieces. The restaurant was also filthy and smelled dirty. Maybe they are understaffed?

I walked into the Restaurant and the manager just had a nasty attitude. I ordered my food and the manager NEVER rang me up. Another worker asked me if I wanted anything else and I said Chips and Guac and another gentleman behind me ordered chips and guac while he was ordering his Burrito and the manager proceeds to say out loud “Thank you for ordering everything you wanted here and not waiting until you got in the restaurant” IN FRONT OF ME!!! IF THIS IS THE ESTABLISHMENT YALL RUN, I WILL NEVER COME BACK!!! FIX THIS!!! People like Him shouldn’t be managing your chain! It’s an EMBARRASSMENT!!

Food has usually been very tasty, especially the Cholula hot and sweet chicken. During my last few visits, there has been a shortage of ingredients, hence the 4 stars.

I know the world is trying to forcibly forget about covid as a whole, but I’m not. There is no excuse for employees to not have masks on, and adequate ones at that. I arrive to pick up my order and someone directly over the food is unmasked. Why are masks and other protection not more strictly demanded here?
