Brought in one of our cats for an issue one weekend. The male doctor was rude and condescending to me. He's lucky my husband wasn't with me! The prices here are exorbitant. I realize it's an emergency place, but come on! If you have enough time, there is a place in Omaha that's quite a bit cheaper.

I love my furry kids

Good veterinary care love that they also make house calls. Wish they had veterinarians on staff 24-7. Their grooming staff is excellent 👌 👏 🐾

The prices are decent from my experience and the people are nice, but I am leaving a negative review because they failed to properly diagnose an ear infection of my cat. A year ago, I brought in my cat because he had weird black stuff in his ears, and I thought it might be mites. They said that based on the symptoms, it probably wasn't mites and wasn't really a problem. I recently moved to a new area, and during my check-up/vaccinations for my cat with this new vet, part of their standard procedure is to swab and check the ears. They saw the black stuff, knew it wasn't normal, and quickly tested it, finding that it was an ear infection. I understand that these vets are human and can make mistakes, but it breaks my heart to think that my cat had to suffer for a year with an ear infection because Nebraska Animal Medical Center wasn't thourough enough in their examination. For that reason, I can't reccommend them.
