We waited an hour past our appointment only to end up not being able to get phones due to us having to get temporary phone numbers because I supposedly had the wrong account numbers for transfer. This is incorrect. The employee didn't put much of an effort in my opinion in helping is set up an account and also tells me we can't add multiple payment options on the account when I had already been told by the 1 800 number that this location knew how to do it. I get told that it's not possible by the employee. Overall when it comes to porting over my phone number has I already done at least 4 times , this has been the most unpleasant experience when going to another phone carrier. It's nice that still after all these years Verizon convinced me they aren't worth going to. Every since I was a teenager I heard bad things about the company and that's in my home state and in this state they show they aren't any different.

They had about a 35 minute wait, it seems like this location is ALWAYS so busy. Liked how they use to help you switch things over from old phone to new phone, they no longer do that. Senior Citizens have troubles and I wish they could still do this.
