I was not treated right by another company which review I have already placed. When I went to this business I was treated with respect excellent customer service and superior products. They adjusted my scooter for proper fit. Steve my agent showed me available lift chairs of which I purchased when money became available. The chair is superior to anything on the market. I unfortunately have bone cancer and sleep in a recliner one night beautiful rest and counting. The owner and Steve care about you. Folks I highly recommend them you won’t be sorry.

We are very happy with NSM! We purchased a Jazzy Air wheelchair from another company as private pay. From the beginning the wheelchair was a lemon. The controller was replaced under warranty along with the batteries. Then we replaced the batteries at our cost of $1000, and waited 5 months for them to come from China. After using them for 6 months they started to die within a few hours after receiving a full, overnight charge. We gave up on the original company and called Nebraska Scooter Mart, they replaced the batteries with new AMERICAN MADE batteries for $300, and solved the problem of the wheelchair slowing down for no reason while crossing the street. The technician was knowledgeable, polite and friendly. We are ecstatic that the wheelchair works great now, it holds a charge for 2 days without being charged. NSM made us very happy.

Steve was very informative on our first visit as we were looking for information on rollators for my mother. He was patient and knowledgeable about his products. Because of Him we came back with my mother and again he was very patient with my 89 year old mother, explaining each type of Rollator and making adjustments to them and to her personal walker as well. We are not aware of any medical equipment company in Lincoln that does, but it still might be worth your time to check around. Yes you can always rent a scooter while your scooter is in for repair.
Dear Lynette, Yes we do repair most brands of manual wheelchairs. Your brake should be able to be reattached if it is not damaged, and we can order a new sling seat with screws for your seat. Yes we rent lift recliner chairs by the month. You can rent for as many months as you need.
