CSR never acknowledged I was in the store. Asked about a product and his response was "I guess we will have some tomorrow. I really don't know." Very rude and unattentive. I won't be back!

2nd and last time I come to this poor customer service location. Eric is the guy who barely took care of me. No greeting when I walked in, I asked a question about a product and he's answer was a poor we don't have it while playing with his laptop. Greet your customers and make them feel welcomed recommend products or at least make eye contact when talking to people. SMH
