**correction because someone told me her name was dunlop** Dr Maccallister was great and attentive and extremely professional during my audio test. Dr Wissing was the complete opposite unprofessional and argumentative she assumed I was there to pull one over on my employer and didn’t even understand why I was there to begin with and diminished my hearing loss because others were worse than I was. her nurse was extremely abrasive flaring up my anxiety for just being there very unprofessional on that side of things I will definitely not be going back and will be looking for another ENT specialist

That depends on your insurance plan. Some plans require a referral to a specialist while others don't. You should contact your insurance company for a definitive answer. If they don't require a referral, we dont require one.

We apologize for the delay in responding. Somehow, did not get notification of your question. Insurance usually covers the cost of wax removal. Often, symptoms presumed be due to wax impaction are actually caused by other problems. For this reason, we perform a thorough ENT examination. You may contact the office for pricing.

Dr. Mark Williams and the staff is wonderful. I highly recommend having him check you out. They have simple tests for eardrum and middle ear. Also hearing tests.
