They are the best! We’ve tried a few around but they always give us with buttons missing or clothes not cleaned properly. Tide offers a good and reliable service! We went in a evening when they were closed and couldn’t pick up the item through 24/7 pick up even though it was ready so we called and the owner himself said he would drop it off at our home, which he did early during the day too! We really appreciate that customer care since we drive from afar. Absolutely recommend the place.

Hello, for alterations to a dress it really all depend on how many layers it has. We can have the tailor we use look at it and get you a quote prior to any work being done. We use an outside service for alterations and takes an average of 30 days to get completed as he has been quite backed up.
