Horrible customer service. Odds are, the person or people working that day are clueless when it comes to car parts or how to even look up a part on their computer. Waited a week for a light bulb to come from another store that they told me was available. This was on a Friday, delivery time was set for the following Monday morning. I wait until Tuesday to stop at store. Girl says it's not here yet and she says "I will call the delivery guy and find out where it is and I'll call you with the info"... So Thursday rolls around and no call back and no light bulb... Stop into store, same girl there tells me "oh I called and left u a voice mail, didn't u get it"... absolutely no missed calls from the store. And now she tells me "oh, that store never had the part to begin with." So I went over to NAPA on South East Street and 2 mins later I have my light bulb! No thanks to Advance Auto!!
