Do not come to this roach infested run down place. Management is a joke. We’ve literally had so much go wrong in our apartment in the 9 months we’ve been living here. None of our sliding doors open. We had to have plumbers come out on Christmas Eve night Bc everything was backing up and it was horrible. We had our hot water heater go out and had no hot water for a week. But that didn’t matter to the maintenance. We had to have the plumbers come back out a month after they came for the same reason and then got charged an outrageous bill Bc they said we was flushing wipes when we do not even use them and other peoples apartments was doing the same. They never answer the phone. The pools are disgusting and never clean. Half of the washer and dryers in the laundry room don’t even work. It’s a mess. Would definitely recommend finding somewhere else to live. If I could give no stars I definitely would.

This is my first apartment and it has been the worst experience. The leasing office management is unprofessional and consistently LIES for no reason! (Assuming they recognized my number) they don’t PICK UP AT ALL. Literally had to make a fake number for them to answer. Overpriced. My apartment still hasn’t been fixed since I signed the lease but I’m the problem. False statements. The area is pretty quiet that’s the only PRO.

I lived there for a year and a half and just recently left. The manager Kim has no regard for people’s well being or how to properly interact with residents she has hung up the phone on me multiple time and raised her voice at me. She doesn’t know how to treat people. They Don’t take responsibility for their actions. And try to pin everything on the renters. The security officer is a nice man but doesn’t do anything. But gets 300 dollars off his rent. Great maintenance men but they are over worked and underpaid and so be patient if you do decide to move there

They are money hungry! They make it their mission to find anything to charge you. They treat you nice to get you to sign the lease, then afterwards they start to nag and find ways to charge you for something. Make sure you read the lease, because it's one sided. Non refundable deposit, so they can charge you for anything when moving out, even as simple as not sweeping the floor they charge you 40 dollars. We payed are rent on time with no problems, and still had issues with them. Foundation of the apartments are old and bad, you will constantly have problems with pipes, door offtrack, floor nails coming up, etc. Never been at a apartment that hassle and nag a good tenant! I recommend for anyone not to sign there, don't make the same mistake we did! You'll regret it. We are now taking legal actions towards them! They retaliate for moving out. We moved out after the lease was up and paid, and even was forced to stay and pay extra days because of a notice. its horrible!
