I’ve lived here for about 3 years on October 29th. When I first moved in I LOVED this place with everything in me. It was a place of tranquility. Even though mess went on around us it never reached the parking lot of Treehaven Glenn until they let this very recent slum lord in. Over the years the place I once loved has become the place I most loathe to come back to. I used to feel safe and welcomed, now I’m scared to come home some nights after work. Since this manager took over NOTHING has been completed, I mean nothing at all. My bathroom ceiling is still molding and coming down, while there’s water coming from the other apartment through my walls and ceilings. My bedroom window was broken on the 4th of July because of kids throwing fireworks and one hit my window and it still has yet to be fixed. Also she will NOT make Pest Control come and spray and we actually have to pay for PEST Control. If you’re not there to let them in they will not go in, but will sign off and say they did. Lastly, in the past 2 weeks my apartment was broken into, and something stolen out of it on two separate occasions. I’ve asked multiple times before any of these incidents happened for my locks to be changed. I’ve lived in multiple apartments and if you ask for your locks to be changed no matter what they are supposed to be changed even if the renter has to pay a certain fee. They have done nothing at all and now I fear for my safety. They will not even look at the cameras for either incidents and it is nerve wrecking. When I talked to the police officer about the incidents he told me it was against the law and a contract breach for the way they have handled my break ins. I will NEVER tell someone to rent from this company or this apartments ever again. Once I move I will contacting my lawyer and I will take this further.

Please do your research before getting any apartment! I would look more into the lower reviews on this place before the higher ones because I sure as hell cant relate to them. My lease is so close to being up and I’m more excited to leave than when I was moving in.

Unprofessional management moves all her friends in the units. Extremely noisy especially late at night. The countertops and flooring are cheap break and tear very easily. Lived here for a year definitely not a place to raise a family. Drugs being sold of units. Was told my lease was up on the 3rd of this month, I offered to pay for the days that I stayed over my lease I moved on the 8th and was told I owed an entire month worth of rent and that my lease wasn't up until the 18th of this month yet she still wanted a full months rent. the lost goes on and on.

I have really enjoyed living in this apartment complex. I had my doubts as first because i have never lived in an apartment noe have i ever lived I this side of town. But as circumstances would have it, i had no choice. So reluctantly, i moved my husband, my 2 year old and myself in and have had no complaints. The tenents here all look out for each other and the manager is great.
