Great place to live. The rent is affordable, it's in a very convenient location, the property manager is really nice and gets stuff done. I enjoyed my stay at Chasewood Village.

Update: I moved over December 2021 and I couldn't do it fast enough. After 7 yes 7 years you would think the rapport would be there...nope try again. Sad to say this location is great but management need a few classes in customer service. Parking was always hazardous because they refuse to give assigned parking. Good luck people got their cars hit all the time. The leasing agent is less than professional all the time. Ok I moved out and sweep out the whole 1 bedroom Apt and did some spot cleaning and left a key on the bar in front of the kitchen sink. I don't know how much cleaning one would expect after normal wear and tear of the apartment during 7years. So of course my deposit is being held back but u know what...they can have it as a much needed donation. I'm just to be RID of them at all cost. Sad day when you have people working in a position where they have to deal with the public. I understand the owners have retired and passed it along to other family members. They dropped the good reply I had once with the Halls. They worked well with military members as I am a army vet. Hate that it came to this but I hope my deposit pays for much needed training. Hell I didnt even leave a forwarding address because I was so done off. I couldn't leave fast enough. Consumers beware, you have been warned!!! ************************************************************** Well I understand the Thanksgiving holiday but what I can't understand is the Leasing office is closed until the 29th? So being a current tenant if it's not a maintenance issue we have to wait until the office reopens after the holidays on November 29th? Wow....its disappointing.

Wouldn’t recommend. I moved in with my then fiancé, filled the application out, paid the fee, got approved and was told I was on the lease. After we got married we found out I wasn’t really on the lease by them telling me I had no rights there as I wasn’t a tenant, just basically a roommate. The lady at the office seemed to be offended by us moving in together before getting married. Also was strangely nice to my husband and really rude to me. The owners are also incredibly horrible people.

For the price my apartment has been very nice. Appliances are outdated but work well, they have pest control come once a month for free to make sure we don't have any issues, and the apartment manager has worked well with me on any issues I've had. Maintenance responds promptly and is always very nice. Complaints: there aren't a lot of short term leasing options, and due to a snafu with the utility company I had to pay an extra $220 to get power for the apartment switched to my name. There's a lot of noise since there's a fire station and storage facility nearby, I sleep through it but my fiance is a light sleeper so he doesn't.
