Easy to get a good workout here. Haven't had any problems with the "muscle head" types and everyone is generally friendly. Good variety of equipment. Update for 2022: still a great place to work out. Max is a fair business owner that deserves your business.

if globogym and average joes (from the movie Dodgeball i am old) had a baby it would be this gym. It has all the equipment (including hydromassage!) and professionalism you need, but a super laid back local gym feel. Also excellent music and air conditioning game
