I’m giving this apartment 4 starts because of the people who work here first Corderro is number 1 and the maintenance man Steven is number 2 every staff member here at Gravity is very nice and kind but these two have always helped me and always been here when I call thank you for everything you guys do you don’t go unnoticed and you all are very appreciated!

So I had a number of maintenance issues this last week or two (sink wouldn't drain, toilet wouldn't fill after flushing, microwave door broke,, AC wouldn't work) and both Gwendolyn and Steven came to help. They were very nice and efficient. The reason this review isn't 5 star is because all those things failed in the first place.Thank you for rating our service!

Our preferred provider is ePremium, though you may purchase insurance from the company of your choosing. If you are in need of a policy, we would be happy to assist you.
Yes, Bridgewater is a pet-friendly apartment community, and we provide specialized pet-centered amenities such as our bark park and pet spa. We allow up to 2 pets per apartment. When you apply for an apartment at our community, we will check your credit. Checks like these are known as a "soft pull." Your credit should not be impacted by this unless you have multiple soft pulls in a short span of time.
