My bathroom sink does Not work. Waiting for a part to be order since Aug 2021. Tenants that have dogs don't pick the dog dropping. There dogs run the grounds not on a lease and management don't care.

i've never rented an apartment here but i have visited a friend's place & it's not that impressive. it's not horrible but my main issues are with the fact that maintenance and safety measures are not kept up with. the speed bumps are HUGE, the stairs to the upper apartments are not kept up with, and the entire office building wound up on fire a few years ago and they managed to lose all of their documents. not smart. they should've had digital copies.

Affordable rent but OUTDATED appliances and needs REMODELING both inside and out. Thin walls and pest problem when I first moved in but no longer an issue. WOW cable is a rip off and no other options available because of a partnership. Rough neighborhood outside of complex with sirens left and right. Nice staff !Update: Constant problems with post office not leaving package notices and yet the office staff could provide a courtesy call or reminder letting residents know of received packages in office. After all, the office has no problem leaving calendars and other notices on your doors. Update on pest control, still problems here and there. I can't wait until my lease is up.

If you are looking for a well kept and wonderfully managed community this it! The community is very friendly, nice, and truly one of a kind. They have a beautiful Pool, Clubhouse for tenants, A high tech laundry center, grilling area and beautiful landscaped grounds! Did I mention a Community Garden and a FREE membership to Riviera Fitness Center! They don't make them like this anymore....

All the employed residents in a single apartment have to have a combined income that equals about 3 times the rent that you would have to pay. This is a standard that's common among most apartments. They need to be sure you can afford the cost plus other expenses.
