My sister and I came into town looking for a place to relocate. The red haired, tattooed agent was NOT hospitable at all. In fact, she made us feel as if we were interrupting her day. The only thing that I can say is the location was nice but after reading the reviews and the unfriendly staff, it’s a no.

I don’t recommend this place. It was a great complex at first, but after it changed to Seleno, everything is subpar. Roaches in apartment, trash inside building, unfriendly staffs, loud noises outside buildings during midnight…

Do not bring your family or children here. I have only lived here for 3 months and within that time have experienced enough to want to move out if I could. Within a few weeks of living here, there was a man walking around the parking lot with an AR-15 who later hid it in a truck and sped off in a different car. I have picture documentation and license plate information, and it has supposedly been sent to the police. Yet, I continue to see the same license plate in our parking lot. Then, a few weeks later there was a man who overdosed right outside my living room window that I had to give life saving measures to and who died. If you want to experience PTSD - this is the place. Later, young adults/teenagers broke into the club house and an officer had to be called. The fire alarms go off constantly. Good luck working from home. There is also a constant ringing on the first floor of the second building. The neighbors here are very noisy with loud arguing and loud vacuuming into all hours of the night. You can hear every movement a neighbor makes above you. People come through the parking lot blaring music so loud it will wake you. Certain management gossips and shares personal information about other neighbors, and rarely replies to emails. This is just a snapshot of what the last 3 months have been like. There are better places. Do not let them fool you.

We moved to Watermark Apartments a couple months ago after accepting a job offer in Huntsville. We were impressed with Brittney from the beginning. She provided outstanding customer service during our transition from Florida and even came in after hours to provide our key after being stuck in traffic during our transit. The apartments and amenities are exceptional and the convenience to walk across the street and be in one of Huntsville's premiere locations for shopping and dining is a huge bonus. Highly recommend you preview these apartments if you are transitioning to Huntsville!

In my opinion, the sound insulation is above average. The only thing I hear is someone walking around sometimes. I do not hear daily activities such as cooking, watching TV, vacuuming...talking and we've never heard our neighbor to the left of us either and we've lived here for about 4 months. I don't think sound insulation is a problem here.
