A friend of mine Apartment was broken into by his neighbors while they were moving out, his car was broken into and next his apartment was, filed a report to the police and they did nothing about it after weeks of it happening, had all the evidence. after a month of it happening. Months later the stadium apartment moved the same people who broke into his apartment upstairs (above him) after saying they will not be able to lease here or anything. If safety is a big concern for you I advise you not to move here. Negative zero stars.

Do not recommend anyone to move out here not save for kids nor adults. I got my car broken into the office people didn’t really care my apartment got broken into days after that. They really ain’t care about that either. These doors do not have really good locks on their doors. They really need cameras everywhere out here. Cars getting broken into to much ! Even tho you have some really good look outs “your neighbors “ you gonna need more than just neighbors.

Great staff, and great location...short distance to downtown and the arsenal; and very reasonably priced. Newly remodeled units are fresh and clean with decent flooring throughout. The whole place is pretty quiet day and night. Neighbors are friendly, and the staff really does a good job keeping the place clean and inviting. Recently installed all NEW laundry with convenient smart cards.
