Absolute worst shopping experience have ever had at any Macy's in my life! Store completely unorganized, staff completely unhelpful and unknowable. Store a mess under construction with no signs of apologies. Long line at one small dressing room, while electricians work on larger dressing room at 4:30 in the afternoon. The other dressing room I was sent to in dresses was closing....No common sense to close two main dressing rooms and leave open one, that I think only had 3 dressing stalls. Management must be completely oblivious and incompetent to run a store so poorly. My large bundle of items were just left in a heap with disgust of how much time I wasted in this store.

Project Entry

I made my very first purchase in the store since 01/01/2020. Not crowded at all in the early Monday morning. They have fitting room open for my convenience. No long line for return, no long line for checking out, either. Customer service was great. You might not able to see their smiles because everyone was wearing a mask. However, you can feel their kindness with your humble heart. 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
