The rooms were not clean at all! There was stuff on the ceiling and the towels were dirty. And the air conditioner didn’t work and smelled really bad in our room! Oh yeah top it all off we found a roach in the room! I didn’t say anything about my stay because I knew they wouldn’t give an refund! I didn't see paying $199.40 for one night in the most nasty hotel I have ever stayed in!!!! DO NOT COME HERE THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!

Cons: First off, yellow stains on the sheets. Also, weird white stains on the floor and bed skirt. The a/c has white stuff growing In it. The paint on the walls is very patchy, and scotch tape to cover up paint blemishes. The hot tub is out of order. The bathrooms need a serious facelift, the corner grout in the shower has black growth on it. The floor above you can hear every footstep perfectly, not sound proof At all. The phone doesn’t work at all. Pros: The room was spacious, shower had good water pressure, and they gave me extra shampoo and conditioner when I asked. Parking was very close and it didn’t take too long to check in. We picked this vote because it was moderately priced, there were many more expensive than this one, and a few cheaper. Next time we are going to spend 50-100$ more for. Stay at a hotel without these issues. I would not stay here again unless I had no other choice.

It was a decent place to stay. The pool area definitely needs remodeling,the hot tub does not work, i do wish that was done as there is not much to do in that area of Alabama. I did ask for extra towels twice and never received them. The people at the front desk were very helpful and nice, breakfast was limited but good.

Non smoking room in a non smoking hotel. Hall reeked of smoke, the smell was in the room as well. When we mentioned it they brought up air freshener. It's a lockable door with a good bed. For the price it gets the job done. For a night on the road it gets the job done. For multiple nights I'd likely look elsewhere. Added most conveniences were out of order. Hot tub, ice machines, vending machines.... all out of order.
