This place is simply amazing. On the Monday night of my arrival, it was only $80 per night, and the entire experience was far better than some hotels I've paid $160 per night for. First of all, the negative. It has "Memphis" in its title, but not only is it significantly south of Memphis, it's actually in Mississippi. My heart sank when I arrived in Memphis late at night and had another 30 minutes to drive before getting to the place. However, once I arrived, everything else was so perfect it was surreal. The lobby is spotless and even elegant. All the hallways are beautiful and extremely well lit. The grass and hotel grounds aren't perfect, but they're fine. The room itself has fantastic furniture and is clean enough to please even a perfectionist. There is no comforter on the bed - there are only sheets - but hotel comforters actually give me the creeps anyway (because I'm never sure they're totally clean). The bathroom is well lit and perfectly, perfectly maintained. I haven't tried their breakfasts, but it's certainly likely that their quality matches the quality of everything else I've seen. Definitely worth the extra drive to the south of Memphis.

Customer service was the best. Mr. Phil which was the shuttle driver. Was patient and was extremely familiar with the area. He took his time and explained to me all necessities I needed in the area. Mr. Vic was extremely nice. He took me back to Freightliner dealership. Man the hotel alone was one of the most comfortable places I've ever stayed in. I love this hotel. So please if you're in the area please visit? I promise you won't be disappointed!

Renovations are nice. Breakfast is good (cannot take to room though). They should not allow smoking on the balconies because the smoke goes to the nearby rooms via balcony door or AC unit. Microwaves in the room would be nice. The only one on each floor is by the ice machine and is pretty gross with overflowed food not cleaned up. Only hotel with large vehicle parking (truck/RV).

Great food. Staff was friendly and very helpful. However, our sliding door to the outside would not latch, we never had any Kleenex. Our room was never cleaned for 4 days, or the trash emptied, or the toilet paper filled. There was not a microwave in our room. There was not a stand to put our suitcase on. There is only one ice machine and it was in the first floor, 4 th floor had no ice machine. Just aggravating.
