There's an off putting vibe with the management here. I walked in from doing a mobile order online and wasn't greeted by the other workers nor management. From what I understand, on the app it tells you to walk inside the building and tell your name to the cashier so that's what I attempted to do. Everyone working tonight either walked right by me or was playing around with their colleagues. I stood at the counter for a good 10 minutes while the other customers behind me were being checked out just fine. I feel as though this was an issue mainly because I was the only person that looked like myself in the building. Regardless, it was an unsettling experience. I understand that everyone gets busy at times but to blatantly ignore a customer who's actively paying for your food is distasteful. On top of the strange encounter with management, I checked inside all my boxes and 3/4 of the pizzas were burned. Been here once or twice with my friends before but never again.

I love Pyro's and when in town I will always try to visit. Came on a Friday night. So they were busy. The staff did a great job of taking care of our party of 5. The food was great as always. The only negative, if you can call it that, is that the toppings station was a mess. I get it is hard to maintain tidiness when you are that busy, but as some who is picky about toppings I do not want a stray mushroom or pepper on my pizza. This is not a deal breaker by any stretch, will definitely return.

Customer Service at Pyros Fire fresh PIZZA was just Amazing. I got the opportunity to chat and engage with one of their awesome Managers/𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐬 Ms. Sharon. She’s very professional and courteous. They accept Military discounts with offering a free drink just show that Military ID. As a 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭 I love being able to do Market Research for my Clients.

Love this place! Fresh & made to order. Either your personal preference or specialty pizza selections. With options for either thin or thicker crust. Both soft drinks & a wide selection of Craft Beers. Well worth the visit.
